Ingredients – One tablespoon amla powder, one handful curry leaves, one tablespoon fenugreek seeds, one cup coconut oil

Method of preparation- Heat coconut oil, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and amla powder on very low flame. When the curry leaves and fenugreek seeds start turning black, remove them from the heat. When this oil cools down completely, keep it in a glass vial. It is better that you fill it only after filtering it well.

Scrub 1- Mix three to four spoons of milk in half a cup of oats and keep it soaked for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours use it as a body scrub.

Scrub 2- Mix some coffee, sugar and a few drops of vitamin oil in olive oil and scrub the body.

Scrub 3- According to your desire, mix any essential oil and olive oil in sea salt and use it as a body scrub.
